“Big Brother” winner Adam Jasinski has been sentenced to 4 years in federal prison for masterminding a prescription drug ring … which he funded with the prize money from the show.

As we previously reported, Jasinski was busted in a sting operation in 2009 — when he tried to sell 2,000 oxycodone pills to a government informant.

Jasinski had pleaded guilty to drug possession with attempt to distribute … and failure to file a tax return in 2008 — the year he won his $500,000 prize on the show.

Big Brother 9″ star Matthew McDonald just pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone in connection with the giant drug ring allegedly founded by his BB co-star … and now he faces 20 years in prison.

As we first reported, McDonald was arrested last April — and indicted for allegedly participating in a drug ring masterminded by Season 9 winner Adam Jasinski … who cops claim used his $500,000 winnings to finance the entire operation.

McDonald’s sentencing is scheduled for April. He will remain in custody until then.

But that’s not all — you may recall, McDonald has another case pending … in which the ex-reality star is accused of beating the crap out of his pregnant GF. No es bueno.

“Big Brother” winner Adam Jasinski just pled guilty in Massachusetts federal court for possession of oxy pills with intent to distribute — and get this, the feds are also nailing the guy for dodging taxes in the process.

As we previously reported, the DEA arrested Jasinski last year for trying to deal 2,000 pills of oxycodone to a government informant — and after his hearing today, dude faces 20 years in prison plus a $1,000,000 fine.

But that’s not it … the ex-reality star also fessed up to not paying taxes on his $500,000 in “BB” winnings — which he allegedly used to back his drug business — and could face another year in prison as a result.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 11 next year. Big Brother will be watching.

As you may know, I’ve been dealing with a stalker for  the last 6 months. This guy has done all sorts of evil things to me, leaving me creepy notes, poured black  paint on truck & flooding my new buisness mermaid espresso  & art.

My buisness partners & I started researching trying to figure out who this person is.

Stalkers are loners, obsessed, don’t take no for an answer, shower you with gifts, 87% male between the ages of 18 to 35. And most the time the victim knows the perpetrator. I started thinking about who in my life have I been in contact with & would have these characteristics.

It dawned on me, it has to be a guy I served at Bikini Coffee named Andrew & he’d do all of these things. He confessed his love to me, asked me out, wouldn’t take no for an answer, gifts, ect…everything lined up!! So we put up a few security camera’s & hope we’d catch him.

About a week ago he came back, this time to epoxy the locks. HAHA but he was caught on camera & Another police report was filed & got a really nice detective. She was so helpful & understanding of everything )

I gave her all of the evidence I’ve collected over the last few months & she started researching. A couple days later She called & said  Andrew is  at the staion, arrested. he admited everything!

Finally ) !!

It’s so crazy to think I finally know who this guy is that’s been terrorizing me. Such a sense of relief! And he’s behind bars!! We have to go to court & he’ll be sentenced. He’s been charged with 2 counts burglary, Criminal mischeif 1 and stalking.

Now I can relax, feel safe ) THank you God!!

Other great news: Big Brother 12 is starting July 8th ) yay! I’m so excited. It’s so awesome & crazy to watch a show  you’ve participated in, hehe…

The $500,000 champion of CBS’ 2008 season of “Big Brother” flashed big nerve yesterday when his lawyer suggested taxpayers pick up the tab for his drug rehab at Kennedy Health Care Center in New Jersey.

Appearing taken aback, U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Leo T. Sorokin assured Adam Jasinski, 32, now awaiting trial in Boston on drug-dealing charges, that this was one argument the fallen reality TV star wasn’t going to win.

“Given that he won $500,000 from ‘Big Brother’ and has not been found indigent . . ,” Sorokin told attorney Valerie Carter, his voice trailing off as his mouth hung open.

An upbeat Jasinski, in court with his mother for a bail-review hearing, informed Sorokin he has secured a grant to pay for his continuing treatment.

“Mr. Jasinski, I think, went through a lot of effort in order to get into the Kennedy Center,” Carter said, adding he has “been pretty busy” cleaning up his act.

Noting the presence of a reporter, Carter told Sorokin she didn’t want to go into detail about Jasinski’s recovery. However, a court official confirmed to Sorokin that Jasinski’s drug screenings have returned negative since he was released from jail last month.

Though Sorokin said he remains “concerned” about Jasinski, he added he was pleased by his determination. “I want you to continue to be sober,” he said.

Jasinski, formerly of Florida, was arrested in North Reading in October allegedly trying to sell thousands of oxycodone painkiller pills to a government informant.

Last month, Matthew McDonald, 26, of Charlestown, who competed against Jasinski on “Big Brother,” also was federally indicted on drug charges. His attorney James Cipoletta told the Herald that while the two men remained friendly, McDonald, a roofer, was not involved in the drug trade.

A former “Big Brother Season 9″ contestant has just been arrested for conspiracy to distribute oxycodone — and authorities believe he was in cahoots with another BB9 housemate … the guy who won the show.

Matthew McDonald (left) was indicted in federal court in Massachusetts today for allegedly participating in a drug ring run by “Big Brother” Season 9 winner Adam Jasinski (right). According to the indictment, McDonald was involved in the alleged drug ring from April 2008 to October 2009.

McDonald and Jasinski were allies inside the “Big Brother” house during most of Season 9 — which ran from February 2008 through April 2008.

As we previously reported, Jasinski was arrested in October 2009 after cops say he used his $500,000 Big Brother winnings to fund a large oxycodone distribution ring.

As for McDonald — it’s the third major criminal charge levied against him this month. Matthew is accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend and then attempting to intimidate her into dropping the charges.

If convicted of the drug charge, McDonald faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

The “Big Brother” star who allegedly beat his pregnant girlfriend was arrested again last week — after his GF told cops he was trying to scare her into dropping the charges.

According to the Winthrop Police Department’s incident report, Matt McDonald and his family members allegedly waged a relentless 2-day campaign of intimidation against the accuser and her family  … after Matt’s initial arrest on April 18.

In the report, Matt’s GF claims she began to feel frightened when Matt began calling her from jail — 4 times in 48 hours.

The GF also claims that Matt’s family began to harass her — first on the phone … and then they started showing up at her work … demanding that she drop the charges.

Matt was eventually arrested for witness intimidation on April 20 — after cops determined he may pose a serious threat.

Attempts to reach Matt for comment were unsuccessful.

A former “Big Brother” houseguest was arrested this weekend after allegedly unleashing a ferocious attack on his pregnant girlfriend.

According to the Boston PD, cops responded to the home of Matt McDonald — who appeared on BB Season 9 — after his girlfriend showed up at a local police station to file a complaint.

Cops say Matt’s GF — who’s currently 8 weeks pregnant with Matt’s baby — told them the two began arguing after the reality star accused her of cheating on him … and that’s when things got violent.

According to the police report, Matt’s GF told cops he began strangling her and yelling, “I hope the baby dies and hope u [sic] have a miscarriage.”

The GF claims the next day, Matt accused her of pouring water in his plasma TV — and then proceeded to kick her in the collarbone, put her in a headlock … and began punching her in the arms.

During the alleged confrontation, Matt called the victim’s father on the phone and she allegedly screamed for help. Matt then screamed, “Shut the f*ck up or I’ll punch you in the face.” She also claims Matt threatened to kill her father if he called cops.

According to the police report, officers observed visible bruising on the GF’s arms, neck and collarbone — and proceeded to arrest McDonald. According to the police report, McDonald told cops that she attacked him — and he was simply defending himself.

McDonald was charged with assault and battery — and assault and battery upon a pregnant person. He’s due back in court next month.

As for the baby, we’re told the GF is still pregnant.

 

What’s been up? i haven’t written in a long time, I have been so busy and alot has been going on since we last talked or wrote. LOL

I’ve been pretty good overall considering I lost my Grandma a month ago due to Cancer of the Liver. I loved her so very much:( She was a HUGE influence in my life and pretty much my mom. I’m not as close to my own mom as I was with my Grandma so it has been tough these past few weeks. Monday my family and I are all taking Grandmas ashes to be buried next to my Grandpa in Portland. It’s hard to believe she is gone physically. I will miss her greatly and know her spirit is living in me.

On a brighter side…
I just got back from the Big Brother Reunion in Rainbow, Oregon. It’s about 2 hours south from where I live:) 15 houseguests went: BB9: Me, representing where it’s at! Alex, Parker, Chelsia.BB10 Brian,Michelle, April.BB6: James, Janelle, Howie,Beau, Ashlea. BB8: Kail, Joe. BB5:Cowboy.

We had a blast!! I made sure I gave everyone crap about being in MY state!! I would say things like “would you look at the size of those trees” , “Do you smell that fresh air!” and boy did they!! Parker kept smelling the air, Chelsia couldn’t believe how green Oregon is and Howie keptlooking for Bigfoot:)LOL

There were so many fun events. We went river rafting in the rain on the Mckenzi river when the water temp was 36 degrees !!BUrrrr, it wasn’t too bad though because we’re having sooooo much fun it took our minds off the cold. I laughed so hard that my stomach hurt for days after!! It felt like I did ab class with Arnold! Lol 

My boat had a great guide named Matt & let Chelsia “Ride the Bull” Which means to get in the very front sitting on top of the raft, legs out holding onto rope. She got blasted so hard it sounded & looked like a bomb going off! It even blew her beanie right off head! LOL It was a 2 hour rafting trip with 3 different LindsLindsrafts. We had so much fun :)

Now, I had a ton of video’s but unfortunately when I had a couple of glasses of wine I was irresponsible and let someone see it and they accidently DELETED my video’s!!! Damnit JIM!!! WHYYYYY!!! Figures:( Well, I think there’s like 3 or 4 but not the GOOD one’s, for the love of God!

The cool thing about this trip was that all the fans were invited to:) So I got to meet some of my biggest fans and supporters:) We got to karaoke, golf, drink, rafting,hot springs, fan’s Q & A meet and greet.

If you want to be a part of this when we do it again next year I will make sure to let you know as soon as I hear word about when it’s gonna happen:) It should be even bigger and better.
