The full cast of Survivor: Game Changers revealed one month before the show is set to premiere.
At the end of Survivor: Millennials vs Gen-X, host Jeff Probst revealed 8 of the returning castaways however the remaining 12 and their tribes have officially been released.
But before we get to see their lovely faces, let’s talk about the BIG idol twist that Jeff also revealed with today’s news. The twist for this seasons immunity idol is that… there won’t be a consistent way to find said immunity idol(s). That’s right, one might just fall from the sky and land in your lap in the time of need! REJOICE! Probst tells EW.com
“Usually there’s a theme. You have to find them in a certain way or work a certain amount of effort to get it. Not this time. One might drop in your lap, one might be at Tribal, one might be at the bottom of the well, one might be at a challenge. It depends how often idols get played for how far down the list we’ll get. Because if idols are held until the end, then we won’t see anything and we’ll use them next year. But if things go well and people start playing their idols — which I think will happen — it could be a really fun and crazy adventure to watch them and what they have to do to get them.”
Well, that’s… cool… I guess… but I’m more interested in seeing how the game will change throughout the season as these veterans should EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED (okay, wrong show) and have their strategies challenged with twists and turns. Anyway, let’s meet the 20 castaways that will fight for the title of sole Survivor.
First up is the Mana tribe, seemingly overpowered on paper with not one, but two previous winners (Sandra and Tony) and a runner up (Aubry). Not only does this tribe pose a strategical threat, they pose a physical one with Millennials vs Gen-X powerhouse, Michaela, fan favourite Malcolm and former Big Brother house guest Caleb, with that forever memorable medivac.

After seeing Mana, it looks like Nuku will have their work cut out for them in challenges but their brain power may pose a huge threat to Mana’s strength. Only one winner (JT) and one runner up (Ozzy) are on this tribe but there are no shortage of quick thinkers here as we see Tai, Cirie and Brains vs Brawn vs Beauty’s Sarah. Actually, this is a Brains vs Brawn vs Beauty reunion tribe.
