The $500,000 champion of CBS’ 2008 season of “Big Brother” flashed big nerve yesterday when his lawyer suggested taxpayers pick up the tab for his drug rehab at Kennedy Health Care Center in New Jersey.
Appearing taken aback, U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Leo T. Sorokin assured Adam Jasinski, 32, now awaiting trial in Boston on drug-dealing charges, that this was one argument the fallen reality TV star wasn’t going to win.
“Given that he won $500,000 from ‘Big Brother’ and has not been found indigent . . ,” Sorokin told attorney Valerie Carter, his voice trailing off as his mouth hung open. (more…)

“Big Brother” Season Two winner Dr. Will Kirby aka Dr. Evil has done good … and delivered his own baby with fiancée Erin Brodie of “For Love or Money.”
While the 37-year-old reality star is a board certified dermatologist, Dr. Will played OB/GYN and delivered his adorable, healthy son Cash Kirby on Monday. We’re told lil’ Cash weighed in at 7 lbs 3.9 oz and measured 21.25 inches.
By the looks of this cute pic, you really can’t have enough Cash.

Rumor Round-Up:
- Bex now changes the launch date to June 17th. BB’s Nasty Nick still says June 3rd.
- C4 hints that an advert/promo picture/website – SOMETHING would come on Monday (the 10th).

The airdate is still up in the air. Many of people have speculated that the final season will start at the end of May, but BB9′s Rebecca (Bex!) tweeted that she’s got 100 tickets to the premiere party for sale. Bex mentioned that she thinks the date will be on June 3rd but it hadn’t been confirmed yet – she’ll let us know.
If true, this puts Big Brother in competition to the superior Britain’s Got Talent, which is causing some concern with BB fans. She also tweeted that over 30 former house mates and some celebrities will be at the party – only 30 former HM’s? Hmm… that only fuels the All-Star rumor. Inside Big Brother
The former housemate tweeted at about 11pm on 28th April: “The bb11 launch will be played on big screens and over 30 ex housemates and other celebs will be attending!Details how to buy and win 2moz”
She added: “Date shud be 3rd June n tickets will be £10 each if u use my promo code n u will be able to buy em Online z” [sic]
The final semi-final show of Britain’s Got Talent is slated to air on 3rd June as well, which could put Big Brother in direct competition with BGT. What do you think of a possible 3rd June launch for Big Brother 11? The launch for Big Brother 10 was also on a Thursday; BB10 launched on 4th June 2009.
